After I retired I expected to be able to relax (like the picture) and maybe do a little work on the side but the reality of the increasing cost of everything has forced me to change things a bit. I still work part time at the hardware store (which I enjoy) but will have to climb back in a suit at times (other picture).

I thought long and hard about our present situation and most of my easier options represented giving up in some way. The more difficult option was to leverage my extensive business experience, build alliances with other quality businesses and give it a go.

Do to the fact that I am getting older made it important that the alliances I made were long term and solid therefore protecting business clients from me not being around.
